Hello!
Hi, I’m Amanda—mom of four, certified personal trainer, and passionate advocate for women building strength, confidence, and a renewed sense of self—both in fitness and in recovery.
I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself when life feels overwhelming. Between kids, work, and the daily chaos, it can seem impossible to carve out time for your own well-being. That’s exactly why I created Amanda Kropf Coaching—a space for real women juggling real life, where fitness becomes a tool for empowerment, not another source of pressure.
My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with your strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through sustainable strength training and supportive coaching that fits your life, not the other way around. Whether your goal is to gain strength, build confidence, support your recovery, or simply feel more like you again, I’m here to walk alongside you, one rep and one step at a time.
I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I'm continuing my education with a specialized focus on Fitness for Drug and Alcohol Recovery. Amanda Kropf Coaching is fully licensed and insured to operate in the state of Washington, offering a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment for women and individuals navigating all stages of recovery and wellness.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, healing, and believing in your strength again.
You’ve got this. And I’ve got you.
My Story
Why I Started Amanda Kropf Coaching
For a long time, I leaned on alcohol to cope with the overwhelming demands of life. But everything shifted when I began learning about the disease model of addiction. I realized that recovery isn't just about removing something harmful—it’s about rebuilding your life with strength, purpose, and hope.
Today, I’m proud to be sober and actively engaged in recovery groups and programs in my community. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that support isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. Recovery is not meant to be walked alone.
I started Amanda Kropf Coaching because I believe fitness can be a powerful part of the recovery journey. Strength training taught me how to believe in myself again—to see progress, to push through discomfort, and to build a life centered on health, resilience, and real joy.
My programs focus on both physical strength and mindset work because I’ve lived what I now teach: when you build strength in your body, you begin to rebuild strength everywhere else too.
If you're navigating recovery—or simply trying to find your way back to yourself—you are welcome here. You will be supported, seen, and celebrated every step of the way.
Recovery is possible. Strength is possible. You are possible.
